A teenager’s parents play the most important role in shaping their ability to successfully address the many obstacles they encounter through adolescence. While the teen coaching program aims to empower your child, the parenting coaching program’s objective is to support parents in being confident and knowledgeable of the best practices for guiding their teen. 

The parent coaching program caters to the specific needs of single parents, stay-at-home parents and partners in two-income families. Coaching sessions will be facilitated in the most optimal space of comfort and may be held in the family’s home, or over the telephone.
